Communication Our practice is to review your account in person, twice to three times per year. Over time, meeting less frequently may be more appropriate, but initially, we request this frequency to ensure that no questions are left unanswered. All communications are documented and client requests are tracked electronically to ensure timely follow-up. On average, our clients can expect to receive over 40 communications from us annually. We also make our mobile telephone numbers available to all clients so that our professional team may be reached anywhere, anytime.
