Portfolio Builder, Updating and Rebalancing

At Titus Wealth Management we construct portfolios in various manners. Our portfolio analyst reviews market trends to be able to identify and capitalize on potential current and future opportunities. As these trends change over time our portfolios are adjusted to reflect those changes. We may either continue to keep the structure of a portfolio and change the weighting or remove one or several investments for the benefit of others. Should the portfolio become over-weighted in any one category we then rebalance it to maintain the risk budget the client has elected.

Our Strategic Wealth Management platforms include portfolios from very conservative to aggressive. Indeed a client may actually own several positions in various risk portfolios based upon how we institute our proprietary Pillar System in order to seek liquidity, income and growth.

In addition to these platforms we have constructed both taxable and tax advantaged portfolio strategies to enable our clients to take advantage of offsetting tax losses.  The potential of a tax-managed investment include various components; tax-loss harvesting, selection of investments which produce qualified dividends, protection in a rising tax environment, and reduction in capital gains distributions.

We also use several third party institutional money managers seeking to achieve similar results to our own platforms that use differing investment perspectives. These may also include alternative investment styles designed to take advantage of specialty markets.

Whichever style and methodology we use, our focus is to ensure that our clients have a full spectrum of investment choices in which to pursue their financial objective.

Investing involves risk including potential loss of principal. No strategy ensures success or protects against a loss. The payment of dividends is not guaranteed. Companies may reduce or eliminate the payment of dividends at any given time.
